The Jetty Group

Deb Griffin, who has been in and around real estate for the past 12 years, loves being an agent. When she began her practice in the Delaware beach area, she quickly discovered that it was more than a full time job…so, she formed a team known as the Jetty Group!

The big advantage that you have in working with a team is that someone is always available. There’s no concerns when your agent takes a day off, or goes on vacation, there will always be another agent available to you. And not just someone in the office who is “covering”, but an agent who is intimately familiar with your needs, or your property.

And…more heads are better than one! At our weekly team meetings we discuss all of our buyers and sellers so that all of us are working for each and every client. That way we use all the team’s talents to better serve you, as each of us bring something unique to the table.

In addition, we are committed to our local community. The Jetty Group donates a portion of commissions to Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary, a no-kill shelter in Sussex County; Local American Legion Youth Programs; Delaware State Police Camp Barnes for underprivileged children; and the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach Fire Departments.
