The Team
| Working with a Team The big advantage that you have in working with a team is that someone is always available. There’s no concerns when your agent takes a day off, or goes on vacation, there will always be another agent available to you. And not just someone in the office who is “covering”, but an agent who is intimately familiar with your needs. At our weekly team meetings we discuss all of our buyers and sellers so that all of us are working for each and every client. That way we use all the team’s talents to better serve you, as each of us bring something unique to the table. |

Greer Maneval, RLA, REALTORGreer Maneval, REALTOR®, graduated from Penn State with a degree in landscape architecture. After 27 years experience in residential architecture, site planning, development and landscape architecture, she transitioned easily into a real estate career. Greer has a wonderful eye for helping buyers really “see the house”. She brings an incredible understanding of residential construction and the housing industry to the table. In her spare time she loves driving her vintage Mercedes, genealogy, stock trading, and discussing politics. Greer donates a portion of her commissions to Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary as well as other animal rescue groups. |
Bob Walsh, REALTORBob Walsh, REALTOR®, spent 21 years in law enforcement in upstate New York, where he served as Corrections Officer, Police Officer and Detective, before being promoted to Chief of Police. During that time, Bob also earned a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Management and spent six years in the U.S. Navy Reserves. He recently moved his family from Delhi, New York to Lewes where he obtained his real estate license. Bob brings terrific leadership skills, negotiation strategies, and enthusiasm to the table. He is the unofficial “mayor” in the local community, and well liked by everyone he meets. “Off duty” he enjoys spending time with family and friends, rides on his Harley, Sunday football, and woodworking. Bob is a member of the American Legion and donates a portion of his commissions to American Legion Youth Programs, the Delaware State Police Camp Barnes for underprivileged children, and the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach Fire Departments. |
Jordan Walsh - Transaction CoordinatorJordan Walsh, our Transaction Coordinator, office manager extraordinaire, and Bob’s other half, keeps the Jetty Team on track! Jordan, along with Bob, moved to Lewes in 2007, with two Boston terriers, and their two youngest (two others are grown and out on their own!). She owned and managed the Delhi Diner in New York for a number of years, ran a successful cleaning company, and is one of those people who can do anything. In her spare time, (which I don’t believe she HAS any), we hope she does absolutely, positively, nothing! Actually, she’s a terrific cook, loves antiques, spending time with her grandson, collecting anything to do with Siamese cats, and has more relatives than most - with 12 brothers and sisters! |
